GhostVigils investigation rules

These rules MUST be followed on all Investigations.

1. Always carry a mobile phone for emergencies but it must be switched off during an investigation.

2. All investigators should adhere to ALL Health and Safety regulations at all times (A full Health and Safety briefing should be given prior to all investigations).

3. All investigators agree that they use equipment at their own risk. If damage or loss is caused to the equipment they may be asked to replace it or cover the costs. They will use the equipment correctly.

4. Please do not wear aftershave, perfume, deodorants or other perfume-based products whilst on an investigation.

5. Always stay in pairs as this eliminates the possible tampering of equipment plus also allows reliable witness corroboration and is safer from a Health & Safety point of view.

6. All notes and event logs should be passed to your team leader at the end of each investigation.

7. Absolutely no tampering with evidence (moving trigger objects, deliberately moving glass/table during divination sessions, falsifying notes etc).

8. No alcohol allowed prior to or during an investigation.

9. No smoking in an investigation area.

10. Keep an open mind and never jump to conclusions.

11. No investigators to explore or wander off into other investigation areas.

12. Any additional rules & guidelines stated prior to an investigation must be adhered to.

13. GhostVigils will not be held responsible for any experience
of theft or loss of personal items on an investigation
It is your responsibility to look after your own things.



Anyone found to be in breech of ANY of the above rules are liable to be ejected from the investigation without refund.
